PRIVACY

A small site with
a clear boundary.

FloridaHomeIQ does not require an account. Budget and calculator amounts are optional inputs that stay in the current browser tab; they are not sent to us, saved automatically, or put into share URLs. Copying a budget summary places those entered amounts on your clipboard at your request.

The moving planner puts only the selected public Census place and topic into its URL. Selecting “Get road estimates” sends the three public representative map points to FOSSGIS routing; it does not send your budget, income, home address or device location. FOSSGIS receives normal request information such as your IP address and site referrer. No route request is made until you press that button.

Named amenity searches load our dated public-data files. Directions and official school, flood, evacuation and healthcare links open external sites with their own privacy policies; any address or plan information entered there is handled by that site.

Your browser remembers when you dismiss the first-visit map guide. This preference stays in your browser and is not sent to our server. Use the ? Help button to replay the guide.
